Last newsletter we where asking about your opinion regarding the speed limit changes and the possibility of including such things into your carNAVi. We got a lot of positive feedback and so we are already working on an implementation of speed limit information for your carNAVi. More about this soon. Our team finished another regional map. Vietnam is quite new in the GPS market and carNAVi is very proud to be one of the first professional companies providing a GPS map for this wonderful country.
Destination ‘Europe’…first maps released
carNAVi is the only navigation provider that offers additional maps for other countries – free of charge. We are proud to announce to start releasing a new series of maps for major countries in Western Europe. To make travelling abroad easier, carNAVi users may download separate maps for each country or region. This reduces download time and also saves space on your carNAVi device. Already available mapsets are covering Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and the Canary Islands.

The year 2011 started already with changes for many drivers here in the Metro. Not only that fuel prices start again to reach record highs also the discussion and implementation of ‘real’ traffic rules has some impact on our driving. The latest speed limit on Philippines widest road – Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City – started a discussion in our team, if we shall implement overspeed warnings in our carNAVi navigation systems…
