policy of sale that govern your purchases at the carNAVi Store. They
set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases,
including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in
carNAVi's product warranties. Your placement of an order at the carNAVi
Store constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the
order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.
Hours of Operation If you would like product and pricing information, the carNAVi Store Team is available to assist you during business days from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Philippine Standard Time (GMT+8) via email or phone at +63 (02) 3226 4055. For order status information with an order you already placed with the carNAVi Online Store, please visit 'My Account'. Sales to End Users Only The carNAVi Store sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. carNAVi reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if carNAVi suspects you are purchasing for resale. Proof of Purchase carNAVi will send you a confirmation of your order via email. A regular invoice will be included with the shipment. Payment Methods carNAVi allows you to make your purchases using any of the payment methods described below. Please read carefully our policies with respect to payment methods before you place your order. Credit Cards Whether you order online you may pay by credit or debit card. When you provide your card information, PayPal will obtain a pre-approval from the card company for the amount of the order, which may result in a corresponding block on your available credit limit while the pre-approval remains in place. The carNAVi Store accepts - depending on your delivery address - American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards associated with a valid billing address in your country of residence. The carNAVi Store requires the credit card security code for your card for any telephone or online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). Check or Money Order The carNAVi Store accepts checks and money orders as valid forms of payment. The check or money order must be payable to 'car-NAVi Corporation' and must include your online order number. Please mail your payment and a copy of your order acknowledgment email to the address given on the order confirmation. carNAVi must receive your payment within 14 calendar days or carNAVi will cancel your order. Please allow two business days for check clearance and order processing after carNAVi receives your payment. Direct Bank Transfer The carNAVi Store accepts direct bank transfers (wire transfers) as a valid form of payment. Simply select 'Direct Bank Transfer' as a payment method during the checkout in the online store and follow the payment instructions given at the checkout page or in your confirmation email. Philippine Sales Tax The Philippine Sales Tax (VAT) is included by the distributor in the price of your purchases, for shipping addresses outside of the Republic of the Philippines the online store will automatically deduct the VAT from the total amount. The costumer is responsible for additional customs charges and import sales tax in his country of residence. Shipping Options Depending on your delivery address we ship with reliable carriers like LBC, Air21, UPS, FedEx, DHL etc. A signature is required for most deliveries since most of carNAVi’s shipments contain valuable equipment. If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available to sign for your package, or accept your package if a signature is not required for the delivery. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery. Please note that for deliveries that require a signature, if you are willing to assume the risks of delivering your order without a signature, you may authorize carNAVi to arrange for a delivery that does not require anyone to be at the delivery address. Undeliverable Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to carNAVi as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to carNAVi, please contact carNAVi to make arrangements for reshipment. Failed Delivery Attempts: Most of carNAVi’s carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the carrier will return the package to carNAVi. Electronic Software Downloads You can select downloadable software or map products for free or for purchase at the carNAVi Store. At the time of checkout, carNAVi will obtain an authorization from the credit card you have provided the carNAVi Store. Once carNAVi receives the credit card authorization during checkout, the store will provide you a link so you can begin downloading your software. If the transmission is interrupted in any way during download, you can use your carNAVi Store username and password to login to the personal area and in the section 'My Account' you can begin the downloading process again. If your credit card company does not provide carNAVi with a prompt authorization to charge your card, carNAVi will inform you about the completion of your purchase. Downloads are usually accessible in 'My Account' for seven (7) days after payment processing. Order Processing The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. carNAVi does not begin payment processing until carNAVi receives all of the information that it needs and full payment or a full authorization, in the case of credit card orders. carNAVi will begin payment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Online Pricing The merchandise and prices available on our Web site do not reflect the merchandise and prices available in our outlet stores. Our stores will not match prices with the carNAVi Store online (or other online stores) because we do not consider them to be in competition with our retail stores. Currently, we do not have access to store inventory lists or price lists at this Web site. Please contact your local carNAVi outlet store manager for more information and availability. Product Availability carNAVi makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times provided by the carNAVi Store at checkout. The estimated lead times are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays). Lead times quoted on the checkout page are for orders that are partially shipped, meaning that items ship as soon as they are available. If you have requested a complete shipment, please add three to four additional days for transportation and order consolidation processing. Although carNAVi makes every effort to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, carNAVi will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate. carNAVi makes every effort to supply you with the products you order, but there may be occasions when carNAVi confirms orders but learns that it cannot supply the ordered products, either at all or in the quantities ordered. These occasions can include when carNAVi learns that the products no longer are being manufactured or they otherwise become unavailable to carNAVi, when carNAVi cannot source components for the configuration you ordered, or when there was a pricing error at the carNAVi Store when you ordered. In those circumstances, carNAVi will contact you to inform you and, if you are interested, carNAVi may suggest alternative products that might meet your needs. If you do not wish to order alternative products, carNAVi will cancel your order for products carNAVi cannot supply and for any other products that you no longer wish to order as a result, and will refund your purchase price for those products. Other Terms and Conditions 1. carNAVi is not responsible for typographical errors. carNAVi reserves the right to cancel any order you have placed if there was a typographical error on the carNAVi Store concerning the pricing or availability of any item. 2. carNAVi reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the carNAVi Store at any time. 3. carNAVi may make changes to any products or services offered at the carNAVi Store, or to the applicable prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided at the carNAVi Store with respect to products and services may be out of date, and carNAVi makes no commitment to update the information provided at the carNAVi Store with respect to such products and services. 4. carNAVi reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the carNAVi Store, or to any portion of the carNAVi Store, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the carNAVi Store, or any portion of the carNAVi Store, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the carNAVi Store, or any portion of the carNAVi Store, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes. 5. No carNAVi employee or agent may vary any of the carNAVi Store's policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale. |
